VICEROY SANTA MONICA

Thank you for your many lovely commnets on yesterday's post, "Maison140". I was very glad!!! Today, I post VICEROY SANTA MONICA designed by Kelly Wearstler. Recently VICEROY NY designed by Roman and Williams is famous. They also designed Ace Hotel NY. I think that a man who like work and women may stay VICEROY NY. About VICEROY SANTA　MONICA, some interior designers on "TOP DESIGN" program were excited in there! I saw VICEROY by designed by Kelly in the list of Rachel Zoe's favorite Hotel. I couldn't satay there only one night. I couldn't take many photos, so top 3 photos are from VICEROY photo gallery. I hope to stay a week next time!! The room's main color is beautiful white although Maison140's is red. I was able to relax and exciting in VICEROY. I like opposite feeling on same time. Bath room parts and shampoo are same Maison140. I would like to get them when I renovation my bathroom in Tokyo. Pool and Library were so wonderful and fabulous, so I hated me because I can't do composition like Kelly. But I will do my best, then I absorbed her talent in real places not web site or books. She game me a lot of inspirations, and teach me how to get inspirations on her blog. The last photo is the passage in the hotel. It is so Stanley Kubrick, isn't it? Tomorrow, I will post about lunch and dinner restaurants that my great friends took me.

昨日のMaison140の記事で、みなさんからのたくさんのコメントを拝見してとても嬉しくなりました！ 本日は、VICEROY SANTAMONICAのホテルです。こちらもケリー・ウェアスラーの代表作のホテル。 最近話題のNYのVICEROYは、Ace Hotel NY等を手がけている人気のローマン＆ ウィリアムスがデザインしていて、 仕事も女も！と欲張りな男性に好かれそうです。 ケリー・ウェアスラーのデザインは、 レイチェル・ゾーも何かでお気に入りのホテルにいれていました。 他には、海外リアリティドラマの『TOP DESIGN』でも後半くらいで勝ち残った挑戦者たちが内装のすばらしさに感激していたホテルです。 ここには1泊しかできず写真をあまり撮っていませんでしたので、前半の３枚はVICEROYのサイトからお借りしました。 次回は1週間くらい泊まりたいです。 お部屋は白がベース。海と空の青を思わせる水色の毛布が差し色になっています。Maison140のメインカラーの赤は情熱的でしたが VICEROYはピカピカのホワイトが心を穏やかにしてくれます。 水回りはパーツの蛇口やシャンプーなどがMaison140と同じです。 我が家のバスルームをリフォームする時は参考にしたいです。 プールも図書館もバーも素敵すぎて、ケリー・ウェアスラーの色の配分のセンスになかなか追いつけない自分に腹がたちました。 だからたくさん吸収したくて、写真集やWebサイトでしか知らなかったあこがれの世界を五感でたくさん感じてきました。 興奮しながらリラックスできました。そんなホテル、なかなかないと思います。 最後の写真は、ホテルの廊下。キューブリックの映画みたいでしょ！ 明日は、お友達が連れていってくれた、素敵なランチとディナーをご紹介しますね。お楽しみに！！
